Our global ’Bring Water’ campaign reframed the dangers of the Covid-19 pandemic by utilising a well-known motif. The rainbow is a global sign of solidarity that began in our schools, and adorned our streets, homes and temporarily closed businesses across the world. In the campaign film ‘You Can’t Have a Rainbow Without Water’, we asked that people help us extend that sense of solidarity and hope to those who need it most, by donating to help #BringWater.

This was partly due to developing an approach that placed our work in the context of the pandemic in a way that was relatable and positive yet urgent. They managed to do it during the early days of lockdown, which was really impressive.”
